The Committee on Banking & Insurance moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 32A-2-1, line 75, after the word “obligations” by striking the words “shall be established in accordance with applicable state law and”;

And

On page 17, section 32A-2-8a  line 84, after the word “in” by striking the words “”this article” and replacing them with the words “§32A-2-6 of the Code of West Virginia”.
